The Mississippi Valley Conference is a high school athletic conference in the southwest region of Wisconsin. It was formed in 1989 by its six founding members – Holmen, La Crosse Central, La Crosse Logan, Onalaska, Sparta, and Tomah. Our seventh full member – Aquinas – joined in 1997. Currently we sponsor 19 sports and all MVC schools are members of the WIAA. We have affiliate members in Arcadia, Baraboo, Reedsburg, and West Salem.
